All our printers and scanners come with 1-year warranty with the option for extension for an additional 2 years. During this time, all technical support is rendered free of charge.
We provide technical support for our printers and scanners via email (10:00 - 18:00 GMT +8:00) for all our clients.
We provide onsite* technical support for our printers and scanners for all our clients in the event of part replacement within 7 working days from the support request.
